Hoping to do a little brief wading in the Columbus area after the workday Friday. Last I bothered to look at local waters, streams still seemed to be running a little high and muddy. Anybody been out recently with anything to report?

Sorry I missed this...last Weds the Scioto at Souder was almost back down to it's regular level...visibility was only about 12' however.

Ended up on a friend's boat on Alum Creek Lake. The three of us landed a great many smallmouth. All small, however; I don't think we took one over 10". I also caught a small saugeye. My friend Karl caught two nice white bass, one really nice, and Scott caught a small channel cat. ...Not to mention the myriad green sunfish and bluegill.

Sounds like a good day on the lake. Glad you got out and caught some fish.
