Actually you need to get arrested for tresspassing and prove the river is navigable, lose your case then appeal it to a higher court to have it matter

I found the news on another site that Steve Flint passed way Saturday evening after a courageous battle with cancer. He had been back here in Ohio for treatments and to be with his family. Steve was a life TOSA member and always there to help or give an encouraging word even when he was living in New York. Prayers go out to his family and friends.

The Clean-up is AUgust 14. There is construction at O'Shaunessy Dam so not sure we can put in there. Maybe at the fruit stand. Let me get with the Dublin people first to see what they are planning this year.

The houses aolng Lakes shore are still about 30' above the river along a pretty steep bank (trust me, I have had to rappel down the bank to treat a tree at the river). It would have to be a really huge flood event to affect them.

Al Bach has secured July 10 for a Lake Erie outing. Cost is $620 per boat and $220 for the group for Friday evening accommodations. We need a couple of more for the boat and are trying to get enough for a second (6 people per boat). Costs for Ohio and Canadian licenses are extra. If we know far enough in advance we can get the Canadian licenses before the trip. This should come to about $140/head plus license and food for Friday. Any questions send me a pm

Wow, didn't know the problem was so widespread. It would be nice if they could narrow down what is causing the problem

This is an offshoot of the Great Lakes Compact to protecting water rights as it applies to using the water for water supply. Fisheres and boaters still have the same rights as before on navigable waters.
I know that is another whole can of worms and there will probably will be property owners who overinterpret this but your rights to the waterway haven't changed.

Measure the length and girth and take a picture. Some taxidermists can make a replica from that. If your buddy can't, let me know and I can get the name of someone.

I agree with you but being left handed I do it backwards. I cast left handed and retrieve right. I was on Erie this Spring and tried reeling in someone else's line. It was left hand retrieve it was really awkward to do.
